**Tru Brite Cleaning Services** has been aligned with the Premium Strata Sector for the past 30 years, working closely with the Strata Managers responsible for Sydney’s iconic residential developments. We are a trusted cleaning company.
Our organisation provides cleaning services to the high-end strata environment where attention to detail is crucial.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a professional well organised, responsible, and energetic Account Manager to join our amazing team for the long term and be responsible for account management and supervisory duties.
Our clients are generally located in proximity to the Sydney Eastern Suburbs, North Sydney and CBD area.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our portfolio of assigned clients and employees as well as connecting with key business stakeholders. You will liaise between client and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services in accordance with contractual requirements. This role also focuses on staff development and the implementation of procedures to ensure the highest standards for our sites.

**Qualifications**:

- Driver’s License Required.
- Pleasant and welcoming personality with a high standard of personal presentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a prompt and professional manner.
- Computer literacy with experience in Word, Excel and other Microsoft related programs.
- Confident in problem solving and negotiating.
- A proven eye for detail and accuracy.
- Delivery of five-star customer service and standards.
- A great ability to work both autonomously and be part of the team.

- Experience preparing cleaning proposals and quotations
- Development and completion of monthly reports and management meetings.
- Client communication and internal communication.
- Delivery of contract KPI’s and ensuring contract compliance.
- Contract management.

**Additional information**
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm, however hours can vary due to business need.

We require that all applicants are either Australian citizens or have a valid visa and are eligible to work in Australia. We will require that you undergo a background check prior to an offer of employment.
We provide uniform, laptop, mobile and Company vehicle.
