Job Description

**The Position**

This newly created role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of livestock at the Monbeef Processing facility including liaising with cattle buyers, building relationships with agents and suppliers, coordinating the movement of cattle through the facility and livestock handling. The role reports to our Livestock Manager who is based regionally and provides leadership and guidance to a small Stockyard team.

The role is responsible for ensuring cattle availability to meet production requirements and is required to start at 5am each day and be available for occasional calls after hours to coordinate cattle plans.
