**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**:
Join a small medical device start-up in Australia as a Manufacturing Technician in 3D printing. You will assist with the design, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of new products from concept to completion.

Based in Brisbane CBD, the business is seeking an enthusiastic professional with a keen sense of quality and attention to detail.

In this position you will be required to:

- Communicate design intent to production and making sure every detail is made to the highest quality standards
- Participate in new product development, including research, design, prototyping, testing, and creative thinking
- Solidworks and CLEO software descriptive expertise and SLA equipment for accurate 3D printing
- Produce comprehensive design blueprints and specifications for new and revised products
- Coordinate or work independently in the completion of a project while keeping costs and schedules in check
- Establish and sustain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

**SKILLS AND DESIRABLES**:

- Education equivalent to an associate's degree in mechatronics, architecture, or engineering; or a relevant technical certification
- 2+ years of experience in a design or manufacturing role
- Capacity to understand and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Competent with Solidworks, CLEO, and SLA printers
- Consistently accurate, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
