Our office is located in Chelsea conveniently, located opposite the train station.

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer on a part-time basis familiar with PEXA, Duties Online, Leap, Infotrack and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Contract & Section 32 Preparation and Reviews
- Obtaining instructions for new enquiries
- Property settlements from start to finish both sales and purchases
- Property transfers (Related party transactions)

Salary is dependent on experience

**Salary**: $52,052.69 - $95,204.44 per year
