We have an exciting opportunity for a switched-on and ambitious Data Analysts to join our growing digital and CX team. We are open to hearing from Data Analysts or Data Scientists at all levels as we have multiple opportunities within the team. You will predominantly work on a large luxury account but will have opportunities to work across other clients and new business.**General Responsibilities**
- Produce and maintain dashboards and reports
- Educate client and internal teams on using dashboards
- Implement and maintain data tracking requirements
- Audit and monitor data tracking and data workflow to ensure ongoing data quality, and to investigate and advise on any business concerns
- Present data findings and business insights, verbal and written, in an easily understood manner

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in a creative environment, ideally a previous creative agency
- Advanced experience in Web Analytics specifically **Google Analytics**:

- Solid experience in data visualisation tools is a must **(Tableau)**:

- Experience in ETL tools and relational databases
- Moderate SQL experience
- Introductory usage of analytics programming language (e.g Python)
- RM platforms e.g. Salesforce
- Tag Management platforms e.g. Google Tag Manager
