**Suncorp Group is looking for a motivated Personal Banker to provide outstanding levels of sales and service to our customers. Join our friendly team at our Pitt Street branch in Sydney CBD on a permanent basis. This is a flexi part-time role offering a minimum of 20 hours per week.**

**What you’ll do**
- Handling everyday transaction queries and educating the customers about new banking products and services
- Be the first point of contact for any banking needs, ensure that customers’ concerns are addressed, and they are at the centre of everything you do.
- Educating customers about digital solutions and new tools that will enhance their banking experience.
- Resolve both in-branch and phone customer enquiries, connecting them to the relevant team to provide seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Taking full responsibility for meeting the customers’ requirements and proactively following up on agreed-upon actions.
- Contribute to growth across the Group

**What you’ll bring**
- Banking experience or strong customer interaction in a retail industry is desirable.
- Tech proficient, can learn new systems and processes.
- Effective team player with relationship building skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced environment, meets/exceeds KPI targets.
- Strong communication, time management, and willingness to learn.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
