We are now seeking a **Kitchen Assistant **to join us as part of our Business Enterprises team. As the **Kitchen Assistant **you will enjoy preparing quality food products and sandwiches for customers while ensuring a safe environment is maintained at all times. You will support employees of varying abilities to reach their full potential and provide excellent service to all stakeholders.

This is a casual role based in North Geelong. You will work Monday-Friday with no night work required.

**About You**:
Our ideal **Kitchen Hand **will demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and work well within a team environment.

It is a requirement that you have the following:

- Experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of safe kitchen practices and a Safe Food Handlers certificate;
- Strong attention to detail and food preparation skills;
- Good time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to complete;
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain;
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless you are an Excepted Person as defined by the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions. _All applicants must therefore be able to comply with this requirement._
