Job Title: Venue Manager
Location: Daylesford Hotel, Daylesford, Victoria
FOCUS:
- Create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and all guests.
- Recruit, train and develop the team, with a people first mentality.
- Learn and implement all company procedures and polices alongside relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain our collaborative relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Work alongside the music booker and the artists to create a unique live music experience tailored to the community with attention to emerging artists.
- Utilise all areas of the business to accommodate a variety of events, functions or community needs.
- Oversee the accommodation bookings and management, ensuring guests needs and expectations are matched.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of food and beverage, including menu development, food preparation, and food safety.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
