**About the Company**

Davidson Technology have partnered with a state agency in Victoria to assist them in securing an experienced Configuration Manager on a 3-month contract with a view to extend.

**About the Role**

As the Configuration Manager you will work closely with the IT team focusing on implementing enterprise-level CSDM and CMDB objectives.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Strong capability in developing, maintaining, and maturing end to end asset and configuration management policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge in understanding data relationships mapped to customer and organisational requirements.
- Plans the capture and management of CIs and related information
- Devises and implements master data management processes for specific subsets of data
- Investigates enterprise data requirements where there is some complexity and ambiguity

**About You**
- Expertise in the Configuration Management lifecycle stages and related ITIL processes
- Robust understanding of CMDB and IT Service Management
- Strong experience and knowledge on database administration.
- Experience working with ServiceNow - advantageous
