**Site Services Officer**

Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, this full-time role will have you working autonomously to ensure our facilities and factory equipment are maintained to a high standard. Working Monday to Friday each week, shift times generally sit between 6am-2pm. This position is based on the stunning Dover waterfront, less than an hour drive south of Huonville.

**What does your week look like?**

**Daily site inspections**:start off your morning by walking around the plant equipment and completing inspections to** **ensure that facilities and supporting infrastructure remain in good working order

**Waste water treatment**: check the operation of our wastewater treatment plant and take samples to ensure compliance

**Preventative maintenance**: work proactively to reduce downtime so that the factory can operate at peak production

**General maintenance duties**: assist the wider maintenance team with general duties around the processing factory as required

**What can you bring?**

This role is well-suited to someone from with an **electrical or mechanical fitter** background. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

- Highly self-motivated and accountable team member who has the ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment (desired)
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive approach towards continuous improvement
