**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Gaming Operations Manager we are seeking a full time** Gaming VIP Host **with sophistication, professionalism and a bubbly personality to help create that Home Away from Home experience for our members.

The profile of this position will not fit the traditional characteristics; you must have a passion for the Gaming industry and demonstrate that working in Gaming is a career choice, not just a job. Being primarily responsible for proactively recruiting new members, promoting and communicating our Wenty Rewards loyalty program, you will also be required to provide frontline Gaming services to our VIP members. The ability to keep pace with our dynamic and fast paced Gaming floor of 500+ machines will be the key to your success.

These individuals must have exceptional numeracy skills and be able to demonstrate their drive and experience in providing superior customer service. **Being flexible, having availability for mid and night shift work, and holding current RSA & RCG certifications is paramount.** A minimum 1 year’s recent experience in Gaming, working with Tiered Loyalty Rewards programs is a **NECESSITY**

**About You**:
The successful applicants will need to demonstrate the following:

- Working knowledge of gaming operations and compliance
- Detailed understanding of gaming machine products
- Previous experience with tiered loyalty programs
- Strong Customer Service Focus and Response
- Versatility and accuracy
- Cash management and numeracy skills
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
- A willingness to support the Gaming team to achieve optimal service levels
