**About the ICT Program Delivery Team**

The ICT Program Delivery Team delivers critical technology initiatives and oversees a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the strategic goals of the organisation. Our team takes pride in
- delivering complex ICT projects,
- aligning technology solutions with Queensland Rail’s business objectives, and
- fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

**About the role**

The Program Deliver Manager will lead and inspire a small team to ensure the successful delivery of all projects aligned with a business area within a multi-million-dollar digital portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects through a team of senior program and project professionals, coordinating the delivery through external partnerships to ensure project outcomes are meet.
- Ensuring cross-functional interfaces are managed, including internal ICT teams and business partners, external delivery partners and stakeholders to ensure business needs are met by the program and individual projects.
- Undertaking negotiations and managing consultations and communications with clients, external bodies, community groups, unions, statutory authorities, and key stakeholders on all program and project matters.
- Reporting on program status and outcomes

**Employment Type/Remuneration**:This is a **permanent**, **fulltime** position, based in Brisbane CBD with a **competitive base salary plus 12.75% superannuation** and hybrid work options to support the balance between work and personal commitments.
