Coffee Machine Technician

The Role:

- Perform routine service of domestic prosumer coffee machines with tools provided
- Diagnose and repair issues presented with coffee machines
- Communicate with customers regarding the state of their equipment
- Create and issue invoices once tickets are completed
- Maintaining service area to ensure safe and clean working environment

Applicant Requirements:

- Must be a coffee lover/willing to learn to appreciate coffee
- Able bodied with good attention to detail and steady hands
- Proven ability to diagnose electro-mechanical systems
- Competent computer and tablet skills
- Ability to work solo or in a team environment
- Australian citizen or permanent resident

Recommended:

- Experience servicing and repairing domestic coffee machines (Rocket, ECM, Profitec, Bezzera, etc) or commercial coffee machines (La Marzocco, Wega, etc) or similar small appliance repairs
- Barista skills for testing machines once repaired
- Driver’s licence

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
