My Byte is an Apple Authorised Service Provider with two store locations in Melbourne. We are looking for first-class Apple Certified Technicians (Apple Genius) to join our dynamic team.

You will be troubleshooting and repairing products across Mac and iOS platforms, providing customers with an end-to-end solution. Customer satisfaction and the ability to show empathy are critical to the success of our team. As an expert in time management, your ability to balance both completing repairs and customer interactions will be the key to success.

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Diagnostics and repairs for all Apple hardware
- Ability to work with customers and Apple to reach a solution
- Accurate and process driven documentation for work completed
- Maintaining a clean and professional environment

**Key Qualifications include**:

- Apple or Reseller Experience with ACMT & ACiT Certification (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience
- Pro-active team player with great problem solving skills
- Excited about the prospect of growing and learning in a changing environment

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
