**Position available**
Human Resources Administrator
- Join our wonderful HQ people team and work with our Talent and Culture Manager, and Head of Operations on all things HR Admin for our 8 venues across NSW and QLD._

**The Role**
Based at Fink Head Office in Surry Hills, join our HR and Recruitment team in a full time, 9am - 5pm role. You will work with our Talent and Culture Manager and Head of Operations across a variety of tasks relating to HR Admin, such as recruitment, immigration and visa processing, work health and safety, management of employee files, staff benefits programs, apprenticeship programs and much more.

**What we are looking for**
We are open to, someone with a Bachelors degree focusing on HR, or 2 years’ experience in a similar role, or 5 years in a management position within a restaurant where you have had exposure to handling HR Admin.

Understanding of the Restaurant and General Hospitality Award

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Outstanding organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with high work volume.

Adaptable personality with a tendancy to pick things up quickly - new systems and processes

Professionalism at all times through personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Thoroughness and attention to detail with a sense of urgency.

Skilled in establishing rapport with people

A team player; contributing to and assisting co-workers without prompting.

Strong administration skills and high level knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Sound understanding of the restaurant industry.
