Social Sustainability Analyst

We have an opportunity for a Social Sustainability Analyst to join the team at our Sydney Head Office.
**The Opportunity - About the Role**
We are looking for a positive high performer who has a good knowledge and understanding of Sustainability and Social Impact. You will have excellent stakeholder management, engagement and communication skills. Your ability to multi task and your excellent project and time management skills will see you thrive in this role.
This role will grow your general skills in Social Sustainability as well as growing deeper expertise in social impact management, social innovation and ESG strategy integration. This is an exciting and diverse role with a scope to make a positive, tangible impact.
In this role you will contribute to long-term competitive advantage and value creation through supporting the continued development and implementation of market leading approaches and tools that enable Stockland to optimize Social Impact. You will support the execution of the Social Impact strategy through business partnering and building the capability and proficiency of project and asset teams in using Social Impact tools.
**Daily Responsibilities will include**:
- Contribute to development and implementation of Stockland ESG Strategy, and associated processes plans and policies
- Support the continued design and delivery of the Social Impact Tools. Social Needs Analysis, Social Investment Framework, Solutions Matrix and Social IQ and their integration across all asset classes, projects and in government bids.
- Support Social reporting, data analysis, benchmarking and gap analysis.
- Support social research and thought leadership in current trends and themes in social value, social impact and measurement and reporting.
- Develop Social Impact communications and collateral, for communication channels such as workshops and online platforms.
- Support the execution of the CARE Foundation Strategy and the grants program.
- Support broader social impact related employee engagement activity such as volunteering and giving.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and support social impact partnerships engagement and management and reporting
**About You**
- Property or sustainability related tertiary qualification is desirable.
- Property industry, social impact or sustainability experience advantageous.
- Demonstrated professional experience in research, data analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other professionals towards commercial sustainable outcomes
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Demonstrated project management and communication skills
- Quantitative and qualitative data analysis capabilities; ability to manage data, conduct and interpret analysis, and reporting
- Strong communication skills, including listening, and the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
