ANZ’s Transaction Banking team provides our clients with insights and recommendations on best practice payments and cash management solutions.

As a Cash Management Specialist, you will be responsible for driving profitable, sustainable growth of the working capital products for the Business Banking segment. Moreover, you will develop and foster strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders in Business Banking

**Role Location**: Level 10, 242 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000

**Role Type**: Permanent, Full Time

Key accountabilities
Deliver on agreed revenue and product penetration outcomes by maximising opportunities from new to bank clients
Identify cross sale opportunities within existing customer base
Origination of new business and referral activity
Delivery of portfolio growth objectives through maintaining existing customer base
Increase customer satisfaction ratings
Undertake comprehensive needs analysis to ensure accurate customer information
Improve internal relationships by working closely with Relationship Managers and Regional Executives
Completion of set reviews with key business partners
Structured joint visitation and review program
Support frontline teams to increase share of market and share of wallet within region/district
Continually develop own opportunities in line with business requirements
Support upskilling of relationship team to increase their knowledge and confidence with Working Capital product set
Active participant who contributes & encourages a high performing team environment
Foster collaboration and accountability to share best practice within team
Compliance to ANZ policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements
Identify risk and security issues within processes and determine remediation plans
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Sound knowledge in Transaction Banking and working capital products and process
Excellent relationship management skills
Demonstrable business development experience
Dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience
Strong capability to deliver results through collaboration
Excellent communication skills
