We are a growing digital marketing agency in Newcastle focused on growing hospitality brands with digital marketing/ paid ads and content creation

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for a passionate and innovative Content Creator to join our creative team. Our mission is to engage with our users through captivating content and unique experiences.

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for generating engaging, original content that drives user engagement and promotes our brand identity. You will utilize the latest digital trends and take advantage of the most current features available on social media platforms, primarily focusing on Instagram and TikTok.

**Responsibilities**:
Create, edit and publish engaging content (including but not limited to videos, GIFs, and images), primarily for Instagram and TikTok, using iPhone and editing tools.

Conceive and execute on a content strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and audience.

Adapt to the changing landscape of online media and possess the flexibility to implement new strategies or methods when needed.

Engage with our users by producing creative responses and moderating user-generated content.

Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and suggest creative ideas for new social media campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create cohesive and engaging brand narratives.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

Proficiency in iPhone camera recording, including an understanding of lighting and shot composition.

Expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

Experience with Instagram and TikTok, understanding their algorithms, engagement strategies, and current trends.

Experienced with Canva

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Highly creative with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Qualifications:

- Need to have a positive attitude and be able to take responsibility and Intivative. Everything else can be trained/learned.

Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
