Barista - Diggies Kiama

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, as well as a range of cold beverages and alcoholic beverages in line with our standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of coffee equipment.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a barista in a high-volume setting, with a strong understanding of coffee-making techniques.
- Ability to adjust grind and maintain coffee machines.
- Valid RSA certification.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability for an immediate start and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: $24.69 - $36.10 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 32 per week
