Headed up by a fantastic Director and with a department reputation that is second to none, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join a streamlined team.

**The Role**:
Monday - Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this top-performing sales team day in order. With an opportunity to be involved in a high volume of state-of-the-art transactions, this role will see utilize your administration, organizational, and relationship management skills daily. As the Sales Coordinator, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:

- Providing administrative support throughout the listing lifecycle, including listing compliance, listing management, and contracts administration
- Ensuring all business and compliance requirements are adhered to at all times
- Working closely with the Operations Team to recommend, create, and manage systems that drive efficiencies across all aspects of the workflow
- Ensuring outstanding client service is delivered at all times
- Overseeing the maintenance of all listings and sales files
- Building and maintaining effective business relationships
- Supporting onboarding activities
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to constantly improve workflows by implementing the latest technology
- Ensuring a continued working knowledge of all relevant legislation and compliance is upheld
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration preferred but not essential
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry in a similar role is highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong administration and computer literacy skills
