Seafreight Coordinator

Fracht Australia (WA) Pty Limited is seeking to appoint a person who will be integral to its on-going success. We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated team player to fill the role of Seafreight Co-ordinator on a full-time permanent basis in our Perth Airport office.

This role is suited to someone with at least five years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry with the following qualities and skills:

- Good understanding of the global and domestic freight industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Good computer skills - especially in CW1
- Strong organisational and self-motivation skills
- Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- MUST have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- MUST be eligible to work in Australia

**Duties**
- Communicating with overseas agents, clients and suppliers
- Import / export job registrations, followed by general freight forwarding processes
- Liaising with shipping lines, co-loaders and airlines
- Quoting and raising tax invoices to clients
- Managing client order status reports
- Answering and qualifying general inquiries
- Transport Bookings
- Customer Service and End to End account management
- Creating and reinforcing Fracht’s image to the general public which will result in increased client base, sales and use of our services
- Assist team members / other departments as required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
