**Join our Federal Government client as a Service Support Officer**

**Primary Purpose of the Position**: As a Service Support Officer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients accessing our services. Whether it's face-to-face at our front reception or through various communication channels, you'll be the first point of contact for clients. Your dedication will extend to offering operational and administrative support to our regional clinical service delivery staff, ensuring top-notch services to the community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-tier customer service as the initial touchpoint for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, whether in person, over the phone, or through digital channels.
- Skillfully address client inquiries, offer information, present options in line with policies, and guide them to the relevant service delivery team.
- Offer essential front-line administrative support, serving as the primary contact for clients attending in-center appointments, including managing appointments via our Client Management System.
- Assist in coordinating regional events, including group treatments, educational programs, internal meetings, and community events.
- Manage administrative tasks across all service delivery streams, encompassing data entry, record-keeping, and workflow management.
- Handle internal and external correspondence related to client allocations, referrals, appointments, and service satisfaction.
- Provide administrative assistance to external referral platforms, including health providers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to daily regional operations, managing correspondence, arranging travel, processing invoices, fulfilling resource requests, and addressing property and maintenance matters.
- Assist the Assistant Practice Manager in reporting quality assurance and operational data.

- 3 to 5 years of admin / reception experience
- Experience working within a vulnerable community

**You must have**:

- Australian Citizenship
- Blue Card or willing to obtain

**You will be offered**:

- A competitive hourly rate of between $39 and $43 + super
- Contract through until 30th June 2024 with a strong possibility of extension
