As an experienced travel consultant or experienced customer service professional, you will contribute to a growing business by leveraging your travel knowledge, selling preferred product, and building strong relationships with local community members.

**About the Job**

Working in a small team you will:

- Provide excellence in customer service by following-up on holiday queries, providing quotes and booking travel
- Use inhouse platforms and global distribution systems to book and confirm travel arrangements
- Promote products and services to customers so that they may benefit from our negotiated preferred rates
- Assist customers with further bookings whilst on journey or make alternative travel arrangements

**About you**
- 12 months previous experience as a travel consultant in a retail environment is desirable, or;
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and service objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and administration
