**Role and responsibilities**:

- **Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement**:

- **Translate findings into Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical requirements.**:

- **Document the outcome of these workshops (Fit Gap, Functional and Technical Requirements Document, Blueprint etc.)**:

- **Help clients decide between multiple configuration options and suggest process optimisation and improvement solutions.**:

- **Collaborate with other functional and technical consultants to configure Business Central to fit customer needs.**:

- **Prepare training materials and deliver training to the client's key users and end users.**:

- **Write test scripts and support customers during the UAT and Go Live activities.**:

- **Collaborate with engagement managers to deliver high-quality projects.**

**Skills and experience**:

- **A minimum of 3 years experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central/ NAV**:

- **Previous experience working on projects through the full life cycle from Initiation to Go Live**:

- **Good understanding of Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing and Jobs**:

- **Comfortable communicating with people at all levels**:

- **Previously worked in a client-facing role**
