**About the position**

The Scots College is an innovative and creative teaching and learning environment for boys T-12. We pride ourselves on our quest for excellence, our faith and tradition and a culture of leadership through teams for both our students and staff.

This is a unique opportunity to join the Scots College as Sportsmaster. You will be managing the operations of sport, 7-12, at the College and lead the House competition.

This is a full time fixed-term opportunity and is open to both teaching and non-teaching applicants. The position is commencing as soon as possible.

- Demonstrated capacity to operate as both a leader and a team player
- Capacity to thrive in a challenging and fluid logistics environment
- Previous experience in a leadership position involving facilities and fixtures
- Demonstrated commitment to best practice and strategic operations
- Professional and personal integrity with effective communication skills
- Being flexible, open-minded, proactive and innovative

**Desired to this role**
- Teaching qualification and experience (not essential)
