**About the role**
- Permanent full-time position, working alongside the CEO and General manager to improve the company
- Salaries starting between $90,000-$100,000k p.a
- Working alongside an extremely diverse team, a chance to implement procedures whilst maintaining GMP, HACCP, WQA, SQF, Coles and AUSMEAT standards

**About you**
- Tertiary qualification in food service or related discipline
- A thorough understanding of the principles of quality assurance managing
- Leadership skills, ability to adapt and overcome problems
- Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry highly advantageous

**Duties will include**
- Managing, and maintaining all procedures, standards, and specifications
- Responsible for all audits including government and customers
- Managing the quality assurance team, conducting prestart
- Ensuring daily quality checks (Including chemical lean tests)
- Investigations including consumer/customer complaints and nonconformance issues, work alongside manager to resolve these issues
- Demonstration of initiative, working to improve reliability, and consistency
- Monitor and improve GMP standards using previous quality assurance experience
