The Opportunity:
Our client is an ASX listed high growth Australian organisation seeking a tech driven Experience Personalisation Specialist join one of their growing Martech teams division. Martech is an exciting growth industry and they are looking for high calibre talent who can bridge the gap between the customer and technology to bring about targeted personalised journeys for their customers.

The Role:
As an Experience Personalisation Specialist you will be responsible for journey mapping, data analysis and implementation of personalised experiences for their web and mobile customers using a suite of top tier products including Adobe, Salesforce and Google. The role is responsible for driving improved performance and functionality within the customer facing channels including a high traffic website.

The Responsibilities:

- Best practice required across digital optimisation, experimentation, personalisation and measurement.
- Adobe Experience (AEM) Platform expertise
- Build and Management of Automated Marketing Campaigns
- End-to-end execution of personalisation campaigns
- Development and implementation of web-based content in Adobe Target and Experience Manager
- Testing, Optimisation and Support, including A/B testing
- Build strong relationships and foster cross collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
- Act as internal SME and advocate for web personalisation and Adobe Target

Your Experience:

- 3-5 years as Customer Personalisation Journey Specialist
- Strong technical skill set with Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target experience
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations
- Familiar with enterprise level Agile product methodology
- Proficient in SEO best practice and in defining/delivering SEO programs
- Personalisation, Customisation, Optimisation experience - ideally in high traffic customer facing websites
- Experience working on web projects including with HTML, CSS and SQL
