**Join a vibrant team, supporting the Director, Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment activities**

The Talent Acquisition Administrator reports directly to the Director, TAP and is responsible for providing general administrative support to the Director and team. The Talent Acquisition Administrator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support end to end recruitment activities for the University and provide dedicated administrative support to the Director. This role plays an integral administrative function to the Talent Acquisition Program.

**To be successful you will need**:

- High-level organisational and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise and manage workload.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people and cultures.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise judgement and use initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations
