**ROLE PURPOSE**

The purpose of the hybrid Planning Manager is to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of all media activity for the client, with a specific focus on their Brand and Sponsorships portfolio. This is an opportunity to partner with a high-profile client that is one of the biggest financial services providers Australia. The client has an excellent working relationship with the team; and offer big budgets in tandem with their relentless commitment to being market first and always looking to get an edge - as such, you will be immersed in an environment of constant testing and learning, innovative thinking, and offered the space to advance your skills in bounds.

The role is primarily responsible for creating media strategy and implementation recommendations across all brand digital and offline channels for the client; but also helping monitor the activation and delivery of all brand & sponsorship campaigns. It requires skills in creativity, media planning, media activation, media marketplace, and market dynamics. You must ensure attention to detail in all facets of your team’s work and take responsibility for any errors that occur.

The hybrid Planning Manager is also responsible for directly managing a Senior Executive within the team and supporting the senior client leads in managing the client relationship through regular communication, presentations, WIP’s, and reporting & financial process.
