Council's Digital, Technology and Innovation Branch is looking for an experienced Information Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Team Leader Enterprise Information Management, you will join a collaborative and supportive team who pride themselves on high standards of Enterprise Information Management services to Council. The role is required to provide high standard Enterprise Information Management services to Council and assist with the effective and efficient operation of Councils electronic document management system. You will also provide training and support to staff in the use of Council's electronic document management system.

**Essential**
- Experience in Information Management operations and services undertaking correspondence registration, digitisation plans, business classification schemes, sentencing, storage, disposal and retrievals of files.
- Knowledge of relevant Records & Information Management legislation
- Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple tasks from implementation to completion

**Desirable**
- Relevant industry certifications e.g., Records Management Certificate, ITIL etc.
- Previous system administration experience in document or content management systems
- Experience in the provision of record-keeping staff education and awareness program
- Previous experience working in Local Government
- To meet Council's WHS requirements and in accordance with Council's Covid-19 Safety Plans, this position has been identified via risk assessment to be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide evidence of an approved medical contraindication. If a medical contraindication certificate is provided, it will be assessed against a risk assessment and the decision of whether Council accepts the medical contraindication certificate, will be based on operational needs._
