A newly created position, the **Accounts Receivable Officer** will be based in our **Head Office** on **St Kilda Road** overlooking Albert Park.

**About the role**

The** Accounts Receivable Officer** will be responsible for the delivery of excellence for tasks assigned and end-to-end management of their Accounts Receivable (AR) portfolio.

As an experienced **Accounts Receivable Officer**, you will also provide support to the Finance department when required, meeting deadlines as assigned and compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy.

**Key Responsibilities in your role include**
- Standard accounting AR responsibilities
- Setting up the accounts
- Account and funding reconciliations
- Banking reconciliations, billing, direct debits and receipting
- Collections and refunds
- Month-end reporting
- Managing account queries
- Data maintenance / integrity
- Ad hoc tasks as required

- Strong excel skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably aged care
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as the ability to work in a team
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Driven and passionate about progressing your career
- Up-to-date Vaccinations (COVID-19 and Influenza)
- National Police Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
