In your capacity as an Account Executive/Client Services Coordinator, you will assume a pivotal role in the process of transitioning patients who are in search of orthodontic treatment into the commencement of their actual treatment. This multifaceted role encompasses several critical tasks, including conducting the initial discovery phase, assisting the doctor in acquiring necessary patient records, elaborating on the doctor's treatment plan, addressing patient inquiries, securing financial commitment to start treatment, and diligently following up with patients who have not yet committed to their treatment. Your dedication to patient care and sales experience will be instrumental in guiding patients toward the realization of their orthodontic goals.

**Core Competencies**
- Communication skills - Has strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, establish trust, build rapport and address patient needs to then confidently ask for the sale.
- Influencing skills - The ability to handle objections, negotiate, influence to drive treatment starts.
- Active listening: must be an active listener, whilst demonstrating empathy to understand and uncover patient needs and concerns.
- Customer Focus-Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

- Team collaboration - working collaboratively with other team members, such as front desk, Marketing Coordinator, Doctor and Practice Manager is crucial for success.
- Managing Vision and Purpose-Is optimistic; can inspire and motivate vision and sense of core purpose.

**Responsibilities**
- Pre consult call - collaborate with front desk in driving effective pre consult calls (discovery) to ensure patients are well educated/qualified prior to attending their appointment.
- Consultations - Accept hand-off from the Doctor and acknowledge comments and/or concerns communicated by the Doctor and patient to ensure the patient says yes to start treatment; execute patient consults to ensure patients understand the Doctor’s prescribed treatment plan, payment options and benefits of treatment. Conducts consults according to company policies.
- Business Operations - Partner with Practice Manager and Doctors to optimize patient schedule and flow to ensure capacity is being maximised.
- Patient reviews - partner with practice staff to drive consistent 5 star google reviews.

Education Level: High School or Diploma equivalent

**Salary**: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maroochydore, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
