We are currently seeking a dedicated Educational Leader & Coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis (38 hours per week).

As the Educational Leader & Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in curating enriching and fun learning activities, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our educational programs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Administration tasks and compliance management
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Developing and implementing quality, enriching and fun learning programs that include a varied daily schedule of indoor and outdoor group activities
- Coordination of our exciting 4-week holiday program, including organizing excursions and activities
- Instructing educators on daily tasks and activities

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an educational leader/coordinator
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Passion for creating engaging and diverse educational programs
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Diploma that is ACECQA assessed
- First Aids & CPR
- WWCC
