**Job Overview**:
As the Program Manager, you will be managing multiple client-facing implementation projects in the field of secure identity solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within budget, scope, and schedule while meeting customer milestones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple client-facing implementation projects, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and schedule.
- Develop and execute deployment plans, making necessary revisions to accommodate changing needs.
- Ensure timely completion of billable and non-billable customer milestones.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and escalate areas of concern to manage project risks effectively.
- Perform risk management activities to minimize potential project risks.
- Develop and deliver progress reports on a regular basis, along with well-documented meeting minutes.
- Utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes, and release management is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification in PMP / PRINCE2 is preferred.

**Salary Package**: $140K-$150K Base + Superannuation + 10% Bonus
