**About this role**:
The Operations Analyst is a newly created role based in the Australian headquarters in Stafford, Brisbane, you will be interacting and understanding all areas of the business to support the performance and growth of Applied Medical Australia & New Zealand.

The role will be responsible for a full range of analytics activities and supporting successful project delivery. If successful, the Sales Operations Manager for Australia and New Zealand will invite you to join the team.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare, analyse, and present reports, utilizing data to drive decision-making processes.
- Analyse business processes and establish repeatable and scalable processes.
- Extract and integrate data from databases to maintain models, KPI & reporting requirements.
- Support operational teams connecting to global technical resources.
- Manage or support project teams to implement project deliverables within required timelines.
- Work with other global business units to deliver solutions to improve local business outcomes.

**About you**:

- 2+ years demonstrated experience in an analytical role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Mathematics, IT or similar relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience using Power Bi, T-SQL & Microsoft Excel
- Project Management and Microsoft Power BI Certification - preferred
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual and critical thinking skill
- High level of interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously or within a team environment
