We are seeking a capable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent full-time basis to support the team at Parklea Correctional Centre (PCC).

**About the Role**
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for warehouse daily functioning, such as monthly rostering, daily tasking, recruitment, tool box talks, WHS, and reporting. The Warehouse Supervisor provides logístical expertise and assists in planning, developing and managing logistics arrangements to maintain the smooth operations of PCC.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and coordinate storage operations. Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries of stock, reconcile
- orders in databases and manage teams of warehouse staff.
- Dispatching goods including loading and unloading.
- Reconciling incoming and outgoing stock
- Updating inventory and stock location records
- Coordinate monthly stock takes / cycle counts / stock checks
- Measure supplier performance and identifying areas of opportunity to obtain added value
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate procurement risks to the senior management team
- Move stock around Centre using forklifts and various material handling equipment and trailers
- Liaising with staff, senior managers, and suppliers
- Establishing and managing ongoing processes for receiving, handling, and storing goods
- Comply with MTC Risk Management, Quality Assurance, and Health, Safety and Environment management systems, including all statutory obligations

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Obtain appropriate security clearances from New South Wales Police and Correctional Services New South Wales
- Meet the physical requirements of the role and pass a functional fitness and health assessment; due to the demands of the role, applicants who consume alcohol excessively, abuse prescription drugs or consume illicit substances are unsuitable
- Obtain and maintain a First Aid accreditation in the form of a current Statement of Attainment for HLTAID003 Provide First Aid
- Possess a qualification in procurement, business, or related field.
