**About the opportunity**

About Smiles Chatswood is currently looking for an experienced Clinical Supervisor on a Full Time basis working a 9 day fortnight, including 2 Saturdays a month.

Come and join our friendly and dynamic team in our modern state of the art practice in the heart of Chatswood. Our Dentists and team are patient focused to ensure the highest quality treatments and patient centered care are provided every time.

**At it's core, this role is about**:
**Materials Management**: Efficiently manage and monitor all practice materials, including incoming and outgoing lab work, storage, and archiving of dental models.

**Clinical Checklists**: Maintain and manage daily clinical checklists to ensure adherence to best practices and protocols.

**Input into Clinical Operations**: Contribute valuable insights and ideas to improve and optimize clinical operations within the practice.

**Training and Development**: Support the Clinical Manager in training and developing the clinical team to enhance their skills and performance.

**Additional Duties**: Undertake other reasonable duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

**What do you need to succeed ?**
- Proven experience in a clinical role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a dental practice setting.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, clinical staff, and management.
- Knowledge of dental practice procedures, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in maintaining records and data input accurately.
- Ability to resolve clinical complaints promptly and effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to lead by example and foster teamwork.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards, including infection control protocols.
- Analytical skills to review and advise on clinical expenses and target achievement.
- Understanding of financial management principles and cost management.
