**Who we're looking for**
We are looking for an experience portfolio manager to join our awesome team at Flemington. Ideally you will have at least 2 years running your own portfolio, as you will be managing all aspects of day to day property management. Importantly, you will have a genuine interest in property, you enjoy the challenge, the variety, the problem solving and you are genuinely motivated to create win win situations for your clients. This role is Monday to Friday with 1 in 6 Saturdays, with TIL.
We offer up to 2 days a week WFH, and provide excellent support with Leasing/Inspections consultants & Admin assistance to help you.
**What you'll need**
- Estate Agents Licence / Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable motor vehicle
- 2-3 years previous experience would be desirable
- A strong client focus and shared values
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively
