**The Role**:
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our enterprise clients get the most out of our AI compliance platform. You'll work closely with compliance and legal teams, guiding them through implementation and helping them transform their daily workflows. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, building relationships, and has a keen interest in regulatory technology.

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Guide clients through successful platform implementation and adoption
- Help clients optimize their compliance workflows and achieve their goals
- Monitor client health and engagement to ensure long-term success
- Deliver regular training sessions and create help resources
- Work with our product team to share client feedback and feature requests
- Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of the platform
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
- Track and report on client success metrics and platform usage

**What You'll Bring: Must Have**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with enterprise software platforms
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Basic understanding of compliance or regulatory requirements
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Experience in creating and delivering client training
- Strong project management skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Legal or compliance experience
- Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or Legal Tech
- Knowledge of marketing compliance
- Background in enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience with AI/ML products
- Understanding of risk management principles
