We currently have a unique opportunity available for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join us as a **Client Services Associate. **In this role, you will be an integral part of our funds team and will report directly to the Client Services Manager.
As a newly created position, the Client Services Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of support, service delivery, and satisfaction. Working closely with the Client Services Manager, you will provide support and collaboration in various aspects, including fund administration functions, coordinating investor reporting and survey requirements, and maintaining effective communication with different departments within the organisation to successfully accomplish your tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess strong project management skills, be personable, and have the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
**Responsibilities, but not limited to**:
- Periodic reporting: monthly, quarterly, annually and bespoke
- Overseeing the process of creating and sharing reports, responsible for gathering information and distributing the reports to relevant stakeholders
- Be the primary point of contact concerning all external communications to investors
- Managing Investor events; including coordinating venues, catering, invites, assisting marketing with collateral, PowerPoint presentations
- Management of all database and Investor portal
- Maintain equity register
- Collate content for all reporting and surveys
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Tertiary education and/or relevant qualifications in business
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and pro-active approach
- Proficient in excel, PowerPoint and word
- Good report writing skills
- Have an interest in financial markets and commercial real estate
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals at a variety of levels both internal and external to
- the organisation
- High level of initiative
- Ability to work quickly, prioritise and meet competing deadlines
- Autonomous working style
