**About the role**

We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a Concierge to join our **Macarthur JLR team in Campbelltown** and embark on a cross-dealership journey, growing in knowledge across our various departments. You will play a pivotal role in our first class customer service experience as you meet and greet new customers and learn all elements of the business.
- Full training and hands-on exposure to day to day running of the dealership
- Understanding and qualifying a customer’s automotive needs across the sales and service department
- Preparation of quotes and exposure to the financing process
- Providing vehicle appraisals and promoting dealers of choice
- Engaging with customers for telephone and online based enquiries
- Assisting with delivery coordination; presentation and preparation of vehicle, completion of paperwork and supporting a platinum customer experience
- Participation in event and campaign days, including the opportunity to be involved in the planning process

- Driven to provide exceptional customer service
- Confident in their approach to identify a customer’s automotive needs
- Adapt and engaging in verbal and written communication for telephone and online-based enquiries
