Ashflex is a fabrication/erection company specialising in the fabrication and installation of pressure piping and structural steel as well as the repair of pumps, pressure vessels, and various process equipment.

An interesting opportunity exists at Ashflex Holding Pty Ltd for a management consulting position for a motivated, ambitious self-starter with three years of experience in a sector similar to ours.

**Skills and experience**

** TWO MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS **

**At least 3-year experience in management consulting in a relevant field **Specifically solving business issues, creating value, maximizing growth, or improving business performance.

**Tertiary qualifications/skills** in commerce, marketing, management, strategic planning, organizational behavior, digital tactics, statistics, or other business-related disciplines.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Directing the development and implementation of strategies to promote the organisation to relevant clients is practical
- Provide the organisation with professional guidance and consulting aids to help understand the existing and future needs
- Develop client-ready business documents including PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- By researching the integration of a new venture with the organization
- Creating a strategic business plan, strategic forecasting, and vision plan
- Overseeing the implementation of solutions and ensuring that a company has the necessary resources and support to successfully conclude projects
- Reviewing organisational development practices at all levels of leadership to drive successful behaviour change
- Gathering data and insights (through research, surveys, interviews), running analyses, making PowerPoint presentations
- Developing and managing efforts to preserve brand growth and reputation
- Anticipating trends and adept at managing multiple projects at once
- Possess the capacity to transform data into information and extrapolate trends or decisions from it
- Researching the current market SWOT of the business and new markets/opportunities

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $950,000.00 per year
