**Responsibilities**:
As the Venue Manager (Bar), you will oversee the operations of 18 Knots, the must-visit cocktail rooftop bar in Perth, the most picturesque spot for a great night out.

You will ensure quality and service by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Keep crafting fab cocktails and delicious beverages for the menu
- Assist with the supervision of the bar to consistently meet high standards
- Effectively controlling the flow of orders throughout the service
- Ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized
- Manage bar stock and wastage levels
- Maintaining a fun, safe, and positive work environment for the team
- Team building and management

**About You**:
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Minimum 1 years experience in a bar environment with strong cocktail and wine knowledge
- Social media savvy and following mixology trend
- The ability to create classic and contemporary fusion cocktails
- Excellent team collaboration skills and leadership skills
- Flexibility in hours as you will be working rostered shifts
- An interest in developing others to be part of a winning team
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
