**Opportunity Overview**:
Join our clients team based in Melbourne's CBD, where your expertise in NDIS compliance and housing management will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for individuals facing adversity. You will play a vital role in supporting tenants and ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations while fostering positive community relationships.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Implementing tenancy processes in alignment with NDIS compliance standards and relevant legislation.
- Building and maintaining strong tenant relationships, coordinating with support services to promote tenancy sustainability.
- Supervising property maintenance, including emergency repairs and responsive maintenance.
- Conducting annual rent reviews and maintaining accurate records.
- Handling VCAT disputes and collaborating with authorities as required.
- Identifying suitable tenants for vacant properties through various referral sources.

**Your Skills/Background**:

- Prior experience or qualifications in residential property management
- Knowledge or qualifications in NDIS/Disability.
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant legislation and policies, including the Residential Tenancies Act 1997
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
