We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Guest Service Agent / Front Office Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis working 30 hours per week.

The Role

The key responsibilities include:

- Greeting all guests in a friendly, genuine and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Handling telephone enquiries and converting these to reservations
- Assisting in-house guests
- Finalising guest accounts
- Potential applicants must be available for a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:

- A passion for providing friendly personalised service
- Reliable and able to work a flexible roster
- The ability to work independently, unsupervised and within a close knit team
- High attention to detail
- Personable and bright face to face and phone manner,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills,
- Previous experience with Windows systems and Front Office reservation programs RMS (this would be advantageous),
- Previous experience with Front Office, Customer Service and/or Hospitality and Tourism qualifications will be highly regarded.

**Salary**: $23.00 - $34.00 per hour
