**The Firm**
AHL Legal prides ourselves in being able to provide top quality services for clients who require assistance in navigating the legal systems of Australia and China.
The strengthening of business ties between China and Australia has led to us specialising in litigation and corporate law. However, our growing business continues to cater to most areas of law that our clients are involved with, and we hope to expand in order to cater to every Chinese-Australian in need, both new and established. We continue to work on important and high-profile cases in both countries, using our expertise and language proficiency to service our clients in both Australia and China.
We are seeking talented, responsible individuals who are interested in gaining experience and being part of our team.

**The Role**
**Essential Attributes**:
- Business professional fluency in Chinese at minimum
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers
- Exceptional communication skills - Superior problem solving skills enable to maintain high efficient communication with both clients and colleagues
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Computer literate in MS Office
**Desirable Attributed**:
- Experience working in a high volume customer servicing teams is highly regarded
- National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters Ltd (NAATI) Accreditation is an advantage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure customer requests and enquiries are professionally handled and actioned with the agreed service levels.
- Provide general administration support to our other offices and Solicitor team;
- Perform clerical, secretarial, organizational and other administrative functions.
You will be offered:

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission
- Quarterly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sydney NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
