**What You'll Do**:

- Maintain all aspects of the licensing database containing information relating to Aristocrat Group companies and Key Employees
- Process updates from key Employees on a quarterly basis and record all new records, including, but not limited to, police checks and credit reports
- Ensuring all Board Meeting minutes, Sub-Committee Legal meeting minutes and updated litigation reports are provided to the team as needed.
- Manage the violations schedule
- Prepare and update reports, databases, and affidavits as required

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 Year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite of products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
