WiseMind Medical now invites confident REGISTERED ALLIED HEALTH CLINICIANS to join our growing team to accommodate an influx of referrals made to our centre. This refers to Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Dieticians who have a liking to work in a medical hub.

Wisemind Medical is opening a brand new and modern practice in the heart of Guildford We operate 6 days per week and offer essential health services including bulk billing GPs, pathology, and allied health services. We are also a registered NDIS provider, committed to ensuring the best possible care for all our current and future NDIS participants. Our aim and mission is to provide a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring their health needs are optimally met.

**Your responsibilities are outlined below**:

- AHPRA Registration
- Medicare Provider Number and awareness of Medicare requirements
- Exceptional communication skills - high-level written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated competency working within a multidisciplinary team (i.e., GPs, OTs,
Speech Therapists etc.) as well as autonomously
- Evidence-based Clinical Case formulation and Treatment Planning
