Due to internal growth, they are seeking a ARMO mechanical technicians to join their team in Jandakot, Western Australia for a 6-month (initial) contract. The opportunity to extend or convert to permanent after the initial contract period is highly likely.

**About the position**:
As an ARMO Mechanic, you will be joining a team providing maintenance services to our valued customers. Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You will perform mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on oilfield equipment, while adhering to established work practices and quality standards.

Previous pressure testing experience is highly advantageous and high-risk licenses are required for this position, (high-risk forklift & and dogging)

**Role Responsibilities**:
As an Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul (ARMO) Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for:

- Performing Assembly and/or Redress of all Completions & Well Intervention (CWI) related equipment in full compliance
- Ensuring all Redress have work order completed with associated paperwork in SAP
- Adhering to all quality requirements and exercise Stop Work at any time to ensure the job is done right every time
- Liaising with lead/supervisor/manager to identify 3rd party repair requirements and process accordingly
- Identifying cost reduction opportunities and elevate to lead/supervisor/manager for review/implementation

**Required attributes**:

- Have a Technical Diploma or a High School Diploma /GED with some industrial experience (airline, military, automotive, electronics)
- Good analytical skills.
- High risk license (Forklift/dogging)
- Have 1-2 years of experience working with Diesel engines
- Be able to travel for work as required
- Have experience working with compressors and or fluid pumps preferred.
- Have the ability to use multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers, and other basic instruments
