**A typical day will include**:
As the Workshop Manager, you will manage the operational performance of the branch workshop leading a workforce including mechanics, metal worker, spray painter and trades assistants
- Provide leadership, safety and financial management of the workshop operations
- Supervise, plan and coordinate fleet servicing and maintenance activities, including managing and allocating project resources to ensure agreed time, cost, quality, safety and environmental targets are met.
- Lead, coach and equip maintenance employees with the knowledge of key maintenance procedures, quality and safety processes and compliance.
- Create the best solution / outcome for our customers by driving a high levels of customer service.
- Provide expert knowledge and advice to the management team and branch employees
- Assist customers, external and internal, to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Review processes, procedures and resources to continuously improve fleet availability, increase reliability and reduce R&M costs.

**About you**:

- You have a trade background and are looking for a change to step into Management
- You are an evolving leader with a passion for developing and encouraging your team
- You have a desire to deliver exceptional customer service and continuous improvement
- Safety is a habit not a number
- Previous experience in pumps and pumping equipment or related would be advantageous
